Hi, My home page takes a good while to populate. I have done research on this within this forum and I saw it had been suggested to update the site to the new version of blackbird, however, I don't want to lose my custom CSS. I also have deactivated several plugins to see if that mad a difference as also has been suggested. I have had no luck so far. Hello, Yes, We have done changes in some files to improve theme loading time in latest version (1.9.5). If you want to update theme. You can use child theme. Upload child theme attached and add you those files in which you have done customization. And then update your main theme. Note: Do copy your current "Blackbird theme" through FTP for backup.
