Home Page not showing in list for static page

I apparently have to set the static page for my site, but "home" is not listed. I had uninstalled a previous theme and installed your theme, which is where I think the error is coming from. Either way, it will not let the landing page be the url of the website, so I have no idea how to make the home page the actual home page and Wordpress does not give me the option to turn off a static page or post. How do I fix this? The url is advancedconcessiontrailers.com. I want this to be the home page, but apparently it is not.?? Please help!!

 

Hello !

You have to follow some steps.

-Create your static page.
-If you create home page then it come other wise not.
-You can get for static page on options only pages which you created
-Go to appearance => Theme Options=> Front page=> Off
-Go to customize=>Static Front Page=> Select a page from drop down list for static home page.

This will fix your issue.

I don't know how to create my static page. "Home" is not listed as a page. I do not want the blog page to show up, but rather the landing page or "front page" of the theme to show. How do I make the landing page or "front page" for the theme become my "home" page if I create a home page?

 

Can you check the site on your desktop, which is www.advancedconcessiontrailers.com and see what shows up? I think it shows up like it is supposed to, but when you try to view from a mobile phone, it shows up a static page that is different and there is no way it shows the theme as it looks on the desktop. I haven't checked with an ipad or tablet to see what displays. Thank you.
