Home page,post images alt text

My friends,in the home page our post images have as an alt text "Post Image".How we can have the post image alt text itself? Thanks

Hello my friend,i'm send you a screen shot as you request.The address is http://www.capital-painting.com/. The same thing goes for the blog page too.
And two more things.

1. I don't get any comment fields in the pages. Comments are activated. I can get them on posts only.
2. How i can have a little more text of the posts in the front page.

1) Open page.php and add code given below as shown in image

Code:

 <!--Start Comment box-->
    <?php comments_template(); ?>
            <!--End Comment box--> 

It will add comment in the default pages. To add comment form in fullwidth page add same code in "template-fullwidth.php"

2) For this open front-page.php and edit code as shown in image.
