Home page top search and location not working

I have the permalinks set to default and I have reloaded the theme, but if I search for, let say, "care", I got zero results but if I use the footer search bar everything work great, any thoughts?

Hello,

I think you have trashed "search" page. That's why this issue is occurring.
Go to the Pages > Trash and restore from there.
