Homepage Features Box Border

I've noticed that the dashed border in the three features boxes on the homepage is cut off on the right side when the boxes are horizontal. But when the site responds down to a smaller grid, it corrects. I've attached a screenshot. Can this be fixed?

Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS
