How can I do the following?

    Please check - Under "Add listing" on my web page: http://uk-exports.org/submit-listing/
    I will like to remove the following:

    1. "Select Package"
    2. "Total price as per your selection"
    3. Also the "$ 0 + $ 0 = $ 0"

    Instead, I will like to add at the bottom "A button to be clicked by the companies registering, to agree with my terms and conditions" and with the option to be able to click to the page of the "terms and conditions"
