Hello,

Firstly go to Appearance > Theme Option > General Settings > Body Background Image

and remove image from there.

Now,

Paste this code in Custom CSS
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS

Code:

html, body {
background: url(http://www.vitagro.nl/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/P8230125.jpg) no-repeat center center fixed;
background-size:100% 100%;
} 

This will solve your issue.
