Hi , As you know , there are too many update for this theme , and i have already made some manual translations and a few small changes. Is there a way to update the theme without losing changes ? thank you
If you have done your own manual changes in the theme files those would be lost during the upgrade, the upgrade in the theme works by replacing your old theme directory with the newer version theme directory. Any previous listings data is not lost while the upgrade, however if you have done your own manual changes in theme files that would be lost.
You can try creating a Child Theme: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes I've just started using Geocraft so I'm not sure how conducive it is, but it's definitely working for making your own CSS overrides without worrying about upgrading the original theme.
Neeraj please create a topic where we can find all the informations about each update like the modified, added and deleted files. This will help developers to only change the concerned files .
