How do a add tab (s) like the description and review tab?

We are not getting your issue, Please explain it little more. Or if you are talking about listing submit form, Then you can add description field from
custom fields (Geocraft settings > Custom fields).

 

How do I add additional tab(s) on the detail page next to the description| review tab? Please advise.

It needs lots of customization work in the theme, you need to call free lancer to do that.

 

Ok. Thanks. It would be nice to have the ability to add additional tab(s) on this theme, ie. tab for video(s), etc.

 

There is no need to add extra tab for video, you can add embed code of your YouTube video in the description field.
