How do I change Site Title that appears on the browser tab at the top?

I know this must be easy, but I can't figure it out. How do I change the Site Title that appears on the browser tab at the top?

The website is www.shaniwolf.com. Right now the tab reads "Your Disney Vacation Planner - Shani Wolf but I want to change that.

Go to (Appearance ->Customize) of your dashboard. A new page will open.
On the left-hand side, click on 'Site Identity'. Then fill in the text in 'Site Title' and 'Tagline' accordingly. Please follow the screenshot given below.
