How do I copy the slider so I can use it on a blog home page?

I would prefer to use the blog homepage of Infoway, but keep the slider. I'm sure all I need to do is copy the right pieces into the right files. Could you tell me what I should look for, and where to place it?

Can the slider be made smaller? I would like it to take up less vertical space. I'm assuming there's custom CSS for that?

The site is not online yet, so there is nothing to point to.

You can try WP Slider Plugin for this issue.
Download it from the link given below and install it from the Plugins panel (Plugins ->Add New ->Upload) in your Dashboard.

In the end I used the child theme of infoway, and created a custom version of the homepage that has all the slider code copied into it from the static homepage.. put that into the child theme and then activate the child theme, goto the theme settings and set the homepage to be non static (inside the theme settings, not the blog or home page settings).

Works great!
