How do I do the following?

    I want to give a free listing of 6 months to everyone.

    Then for those that write three (3) keyword article for my local biz directory will get upgraded to feature listing and receive leads.

    How do I do if even if I am not accepting payment from them?

    Admin have power to make listing free/pro.
    You can make listings pro through dashboard without accepting payment from your users.
