How do I get my site into search engines?

Hello

I am fairly new to the website design/build world and I have now created 3 websites (including my own) and am not sure how to get them come up in the list when doing a search eg google

Can someone please help me with this???

You can use any SEO plugin from the WordPress.org site.

You can try All in One SEO Pack plugin for this issue.
Download it from the link given below and install it from the Plugins panel (Plugins ->Add New ->Upload) in your Dashboard.

Google takes few days to fetch the content of website.
So do not worry about it, the content of your website will automatically display on google with in few days.
