How do I get rid of "Post Free Ad" at the top right-hand side?

I want customers to register themselves and post an ad that cost them

Thank you. It is the Classicraft. It is the "post free ad" at the top right-hand corner. Can I change that in the dashboard somewhere? This theme is advertising as being able to generate a passive income. I want to charge that to a one-time fee. Then they can log in anytime. Thanks.
