Hi, I purchased the home appraisal theme but when installed it shows a theme called compass the downloaded zip file is realhomepro but I cant find the sample files which is why i purchased the theme in the first place to work off as a template.
Hi, We have sorted out the things, please check your members area, You will get the updated copy there along with demo content files (XML and JSON) All you need to do is just get download the fresh copy of the theme from there and Import/Export plugin, after installation of the theme and plugin, import the files via Import/Export option of the plugin. This will help you to figure it out and resolve the issue(s). Hello, I purchased Dressmaker a few days ago, got the xml and json files. However we unable to get the demo content uploaded and don't see the means to make such happen. I purchased this theme because of an image that is suited for my purpose. Email support has removed that image and placed a red rug image so these images could be changed. However, there was no clear showing of where these changes could be made. With the image of importance gone I can't seem to get that image or how to upload any image to that section of the theme. Can't determine where these images are stored. It's been more than a week with long delay via email and I'm not making progress on this single issue. Can someone provide screenshots on where to go to load images to big (top) slider? Can someone provide a source for the initial image pack advertised with this theme so I can get my primary image? Any prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
