How Do I Make the Main-Nav Same on All Site Pages

From the home page of my site the main-nav is fully operational including all sub-page links, but when I am on any other page of the site the drop-downs do not appear; I am only able to click on the main menu items. Is there a way to make the drop-downs appear on all pages of the site?

I have visited your site and i think this issue is occurring because any one of your plugin. So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

I deactivated all of the plugins and restarted my broswer, but the drop-down menus still do not work on any of the internal pages of the site.
