How do I remove the default image and the footer text?

    Hello. I'm brand new to your product and to Wordpress. How do I eliminate the photo of the child taht comes default with the BusinessGrow theme, and the text associated with it? And, how do I remove the footer text? I've been over and over and over the "Appearance" options, but nothing seems to work. HELP!!
