How do I restrict the size of uploaded photos?

    I want to keep the size of the photos smaller if possible, to save storage space.

    I am wondering about the same thing as bonzai2010.

    Hello,
    You can try "Wp image resize limit" plugin for this issue.
    Download it from the link given below.
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-image-size-limit/screenshots/

    and go to the Settings (Theme Settings) > Custom Field > Edit Custom Fields in your dashboard and put the description like "Upload Image of maximum size 1 MB for your Ad" in the Description section, so the user may know what size to upload image for the ads.
