How do I retrieve a section that I deleted?

Greetings:

I changed the Services to Shop; now it doesn't link to that section. ;(

I want to bring back Gallery and Team.

Please advise and thanks in advance.

Under "view all" it only shows 2 pages. Gallery and Team are not there.

Hi...this doesnt do it for me, because this is not my issue. If you look into my page: http://chapmanfruit.hobits.com
The section ABOUT US is not one of the sections with the + sign next to it. This is a "Homepage Custom Section" as you can see in the screenshot 1. I did this because I want to only present the owner of the company and a brief info about him.
If I go into the menus, I see the about us but the URL # is wrong...so I am trying to identify the link for the "Homepage Custom Section" so I can enter it there, and I will be good to go.
