how i create a horizontal submenu

in my menu bar have 20 pages in services menu. so i want to show sub menu in horizontal form currently vertical drop down is shown. so how can i convert vertical drop down menu to horizontal drop down.

Cool video. Except it doesn't show how to make the menu horizontal!

Like the guy above, I'm looking for the menu to span vertically for a few of the menu items, and then horizontal. So that they are all visible on the page and the user doesn't have to scroll down.

Here's a screen shot of what it looks like


And it keeps going. I have lots of categories.

I want it like the guys picture above, where it spans horizontally... please advise!
