How to activate lead capture

Hi,
I am having trouble making the lead capture form appear.

I have the lateste appointment form installed.

I can't use that for my business, but I can use the lead capture form.

I cant get it to show on the page.

I have deactivated the appointment plug in but when I go to set up the lead capture form it tells me to activate plugin.

When I do, the appointment form comes back up.

Hello,

Go to the
Appearance > Widgets
Drag and drop "leadsCapture Appointment Widget" in the "Home Page Sidebar Widget Area".
It will display lead form at your front page.

Thanks, I have done that.

The reason I can't use the appointment form is that it simply wont work for my type of business. It looks like a lot of people have this issue.

The leads capture does work for my sort of work, so the theme is useful.

I stopped using the leads capture because of all the spam it allows.

I read that this was fixed, but I really can't beleve that you fixed just the appointment widget.

So can you tell me how to download the new version of the leads capture please, I can't find it.

Just update your theme to the latest version. Lead capture is inbuilt with the theme.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was sure you would have done both.

I must be doing something wrong. I downloaded the latest theme for a new landing page web site for my firm yesterday.

In the dashboard it tells me that the theme is 1.1.2 but I still can't work out how to get the lead capture to come up with the captcha.

Hello,

Go to Lead Capture > Custom Leads Form > Lead Form Settings > Captcha On/Off
and turn it on from there.

I don't seem to have the palce to turn it on and off. it says that I am running ver 1.1.2 though

 

Just an update on this. I have been on this for hours, and I can't make the captcha option show up.

Hi, I had an email with a video link of how to do this from Gourav.

Great video, however, my problem is that the option to turn on and off the captcha is not showing in the lead capture screen.

If you could look at the screen shot, you will see what I mean.

I have sent my web site and link to support, perhaps you could have another look for me.
