How to add additional icons on top right corner where phone number is

    I want to add another 2 png icons next to the phone icon, the sms and whatsapp icon, before the phone number, how can I add these?

    To add SMS & WhatsApp icon edit in header.php file as shown in below.

    This will resolve your issue.
