How to add captcha?

How to add captcha to review and "contact this business" ? I have added SI Captcha but it does not show up.

The theme would need to customize for activate captcha.

 

Krish, Can you please tell me what needs to be customized. If there is no captcha, for comments and registration the website will be flooded with spam. Is there a way to add captcha to the theme as a standard feature?

 

We have decided to implement this functionality in the Theme itself, we will come up with the updated theme pretty soon for this.
