How to add menus in top left side

How i will add menus on the left side (inside red mark) and i want to change name "dashbord" to "my profile" how i will do it?

You can add menu from Menu option (Dashboard=>Appearance=>Menu) of your dashboard..

And to replace Dashboard text, please follow the screenshot given below.



For your information, I am using "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files.

You can also download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/.

After activating this plugin, you will get the same screen as shown in the screenshot.

i created menu in menu option and clicked tick on the main menu still its not showing one the top.

When i click on sign in (next to the add video buton) it redirects to video upload page! how can i change it so it will redirect to log in page

 

I am unable to figure out sign in button in your site..
