How to Add Recent Comments/Recent Posts on Blog Page?

    Hi,
    I want to know how to add "The most recent comments"/The most recent posts" Widget on Blog Post page right side area?

    I can't found any "Widget Area" related with Blog Page through WP-Admin? Please provide at least coding?
