How to add subpage tabs on a main page.

    My menu bar has a tab call services and under services are sub tabs. When the user opens the service tab, I want them to see the sub tabs listed on that page. An example;

    You can try "WP UI - Tabs, Accordions, Sliders" plugin for this issue.
    Download it from the link given below and install it from the Plugins panel (Plugins ->Add New ->Upload) in your Dashboard.
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ui/
