How to change language to Theme?

Hi, I wonder to know if you can tell me the procedure to change the theme language of English to Spanish.
I need the theme this in Spanish.

Hello, thank you very much for your answer, but what I want to do is change the interface language of the theme, for example: "Posted by, No Comments, Archives, etc".
I had heard that this could be done through the modification of files .MOP and .PO, but have not found a tutorial or some procedure that explains how to do that.
