How to Change Some Words

Hi. I am building a Turkish Page and I want to change some words to Turkish myself. How can I change "Home" and "Read More" words to another language? I used cPanel/public_html/wp-includes/post-template.php, and change Home to turkish word but it didnt work...Can u help me?

1.Go to Appearance > Menus
and follow the instruction as shown in image given below




2. Go to
Appearance > Theme Options > Slider Settings > Link Text for First slider
and enter your text there.

 

Hi, thank you for your help, I understand how I should do that but I have a problem with the first message you sent. I have checked the Menus section on my wordpress, but I send you now how it looks at me...there is no "Theme Locations" at me?
