How to change TAKE A TOUR on blog buttons to Read More

I found an answer on this question elsewhere in this FAQs, but I tried to follow the directions and I ran into a dead end. Would you mind posting the steps again. I know it has to be done through FTP...
Go to the Theme directory > functions directory > define_template.php file present in your theme directory and follow the instruction shown in the image given below.

I got to the theme directory, functions directory but could not find define_template.php file. Please explain in more detail, I must be missing something. Thanks!

I think you are confused because of FTP.
There is one more easy solution "wp-editor" plugin with the help of which you can edit this file through your dashboard.

Thanks Nitesh! I did activate the plug in as you suggested. When I go to the paths you pointed to, when I click on functions, I do not see a define_template.php file. I am attaching a screenshot of what I see. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Please update your theme to the latest version 1.6.4. Your existing theme contain old language file setup.
