How to change the <a href> tag " Read More"

Hello,
I wonder if you can help me how to solve this problem. My website is in Dutch and therefor I need the anchor text on the homepage to be "lees meer" instead of " read more"
Inside the theme options panel I cannot find this option to change it?
Where can I change it?
<a class="read-more" href="http://www.ikimedia.nl/idee/">read more</a>

Go to front-page.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below





Use same process for others also.
