How to change the blackbird logo and text?

How do I change the blackbird logo and text to my own logo and text for all pages?

 

1.For your first issue

Go to
Appearance > Theme Option > General Settings > Custom Logo

and upload your logo image there.

This was of no help at all! I watched the entire video and it never explained my issue. This is such a waste of precious time! Can you please address my issue exactly without me having to watch a video about everything I am not having an issue with?

My issue is: I am unable to upload my logo along with my web name to the left top of my website pages. I tried to upload several times a photoshop jpeg image as well as pnd using the custom logo upload at 221 x 84 pixels. An "o" appears in the upload bar and nothing shows up on my website.
