How to customize the video-upload template?

I want to change "Video title" to "Speech Title"
I want to change "Tags" to "Country" and make it a mandatory field.

How to achieve this?

I made the changes. But still the old labels are getting displayed
I refreshed the page ... still it shows the old one.

Currently "tags" is optional . How to make the tags field in the upload video page into a mandatory field.

Actually, your plugin was conflicting with the theme and that's why your changes didn't reflect on your site..

So if you will face such type of issue in future, you are kindly suggested to deactivate all of your plugins first and check after that...
