how to duplicate website on another domain

Hi There, What is the best way to duplicate one of your themes and put it on another domain?

This would save alot of work since I will just need to edit-not do the whole thing from scratch.

In wp-editor, there is an option to download the theme so you can easily download your theme able to use according to you.
