How to edit business Listing page Title(Add Listing)

Hi,
I want to edit ADD LISTING Title in add new listing page. I need to put some other text on that place , where i can find it ? Please help me in which file i want to edit ??

 

Go to the
geocrafttheme\library\text_domains\controls_path.php
and edit line no 12
Check image for reference.

And one more thing, In All Listings page i want to show only 10 listings and after that i am planning to add "Arrows" so that it will go to next page and previous....
So how it possible in which php file i need to edit ??
