How to edit the contact page fields on Nutrition Theme

Hello. I would like to know where to edit the fields we use on the contact us page on Nutrition Theme

I would think I should be able to add or remove a field and add captch to it, but I can not find it in the back end. Please help.

As per your requirement i.e. to add or remove a field, let me tell you that there would be requirement of some source code customization in the theme.

You can send us your dashboard credentials at [email protected] with your expected field which you want to add or remove from the contact us page and that we can do it for you.
