How to get rid of SPAM from Lead Capture in Appointway Theme

I'd like to know how to get rid of SPAM leads in the Appointway Theme. I have set up Leads Capture Form on my site and within an hour I have had almost 10 bogus leads and yet I installed the CATPCHA section.
Infact I have just tested the Captcha and even after putting the wrong captcha it still sends accepts and sends an email.

Hello Nitesh, I am currently running v1.1.2 in Appointway Theme. Before I publish for client I want to get the newest lead form with working captcha. Quick questions if I may?

Do you have a release date for this?
When updating do I just delete the old version and install the latest version to keep my current site?
Is the latest version ok to upgrade to WP 3.8?

I have appointway installed on 2 sites and am getting horrific levels of spam, in fact I have ONLY received spam messages despite optimising the site, - and I also can't delete these from the backend.

Can you please advise, as I see some of your other forms have re-captcha which I presume works better - where can I get this for the appointway site.

Also: is there a way to shorten the length of the message that can be sent and exclude people tying in web addresses. I get huge spam mails just full of links to sites.

- if I reinstall the theme, will I have to add in all my customisations, logo, images etc again (I did not set it up originally as a child theme)? Or if I install it will it keep my customisations?

Whatever you type in the Captcha, the mail is sent ! This theme is a real mess :-(

Please download theme v 1.1.6 from your members area and upload it. It will resolve this issue.
