How to get the blog page to display a post?

In order to keep the translucent bar across the Home page we were advised to select in Reading Settings/"Your latest posts" for Home. How do we now get the blog page to display posts?


If I set it the other way, we lose the bar, which we love. Hope this is clear. The site is not yet live - thenaturallift.com

Homepage shows the blog post of your theme that contain image, Create a post with an image, It will automatically display at your home page.

Hello,

Go to the Pages > Add New and create your blog page by selecting the Blog Template from the Page Attribute section.

See the image for reference.


This blog page will display all you posts.
