How to import the images and categories to my site

from your theme http://www.inkthemes.com/previews/?demo_id=42, I would like to import all images and categories to my site www.uploadingads.com

Can you please let me know how to handle this?

Last but not least, in my country we dont have Zip code. How can I delete or edit this?
