How to: In Navigation Menu

Hi, Good Morning!

I think I understand the theme as it is, but I am confused about the following, and would appreciate your assistance.
I realize you have two templates in this theme for All Listings and For Featured Listings, and when I or someone else go to add a listing, these are the two 'listing items' they can choose from for free or premium in regards to the payment, but what I was wondering about and what I would like to know is:

If I can have a listing template for two other items in the main menu navigation, these would be 2 extra menu items for listings that are specific for 2 geographic regions/locations, rather than have a very long drop down menu if those two regions/locations were only in the all listings or feature.
If I leave it as is, I could only place this on the sidebar as categories, but the main navigation menu of the site would be the absolute best place for this since it is most important 'listing' for geographic areas.

Maybe you can best advice of what can be done.
