How to install theme on mac

    Hi Friends,
    When i try to upload my theme onto my wordpress page, it requires the upload to be in a .zip file. However, when i download anything thats a .zip, my computer automatically unzips it. (It's a mac). How do i go about loading my blackbird theme to my wordpress page.

    Hello Rukmini,

    If you are using safari.
    Go to
    Safari > preferences > General > uncheck "Open safe files after downloading"
    Also follow link given below.
