how to know for which ads the lead has been generated

hello
I was going through the lead section, you have given all the information there except the ads for which the lead is being generated, is there a way to know for which ad the lead is being generated, for now I can find the author details but if an author have many ads then it will be a problem for him to identify the ads which has generated the lead.
