How to lower my logo

My url is http://www.testdummy24.com/endrizzi/ I have used code found here in the forum to make the menu stationery when you scroll down the page. As you can see, my logo is under the menu bar...how can I lower the logo so that it's out from under the menu bar? Thank you!
