Hi, I am trying to get a piece of text to appear on the first page.

I can get it to show on all the other pages, but not the first. There must be something I am doing wrong, but I can't work it out.

If you look at all the other pages you can see top right some text about special offers from Doncaster Carpet Cleaners.

I made this via the widget drag and drop thing. But I can't get it to go on the front page, which is where I really need it.

I want to be able to change it when I have a new offer.

If it is possible, do you know how I could place a photo there as well.

    Many thanks

    Paul.

    Hello,

Just add text widget in the
Dashboard > widgets >Home Page Sidebar Widget Area
And add your text and image tag there.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Nitesh, Thanks for that.

I have got the text up now, but I am not quite understanding how to ad an image tag (I don't know what an image tag is).

    Thanks,
    Paul

    Hello Paul,

Use format given below to show images in the sidebar.

    <a href="YOUR IMAGE LINK"><img src="YOUR IMAGE ADDRESS"></a>

Copy and paste code above in the text widget.

    Thanks & Regards
