My website www.thedancebox.net. I have set up the first two slides to click to appropriate page. I have the links set up on the theme options page>slider settings, but the slides do nothing. How do I make the slides click thru to the right pages? Thanks!
Hello, Greetings from InkThemes! I have checked your site and would like to tell you that you are using 3.2.3 version of the theme whereas 3.6.7 is available in the members area.. So if you haven't customized source code of the theme, you are kindly suggested to reinstall the latest version of the theme from the members area. Here're the steps of doing so... Download the ColorWay theme by logging in your members account: http://inkthemes.com/members/member Next, you have to extract the zip file and rename that folder colorway like colorway_new, Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: colorway_new.zip), Now, upload the theme in your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New, Then, activate your theme, This way you can install and activate your updated version in your site, keeping the copy of your older version in your WordPress Hope it will resolve your issue Do let me know if you need more assistance, Thanks & Regards! I have tried to do exactly what you have told me to do. Here is what I get when I do what you've told me to do: Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… Destination folder already exists. /home/content/56/12061856/html/wp-content/themes/colorwaytheme/ Theme install failed. I renamed my new downloaded file like you told me to (colorway_new.zip). This is the one I am trying to add new. Please advise. I need for the links to work in the slider. Thanks!
