How to make the glyph icons on the services section into anchors?

Title says it! I want to make the icons into links but am having problems making that happen. Could you please advise? Thank you

I would like to make the icons in the sevices section into links, so when you click on the icons they redirect you. They are very nice icons but i would like to link them to pages.

For your information, I am using "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files.

You can also download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/.

After activating this plugin, you will get the same screen as shown in the screenshot.
