How to make the newest video as the featured video automatically?

Is there a way to achieve this without the admin having to select as featured manually?

I would like to inform you that there is no need to select feature image manually for youtube or Vimeo videos as you just need to use URL of video in your dashboard....

For uploading video section, so you have to select image manually as there is no such feature for automatically updating thumbnail for your uploading videos..

But we will discuss with our developer regarding this feature and surely try to implement in upcoming update as well..

Let me make myself more clear.

By featured video, I mean the video that is in the middle of the screen when someone opens my website. The eye video below.
