How to preserve Blackbird Theme options?

I made a huge mistake yesterday when I pushed "Reset Options" button.
Everything was reset.
So is there any solution to preserve the settings wich I made?

Unfortunately, there is no any way to regain the lost data if once reset the WordPress.
