How to remove "Permanent Link to" text from hover over blog post title/link?

I want to remove the text reference "Permanent Link to" from the hover description of the blog posts' title / link?

How can this be done?

I would like the description to be ONLY the blog post title without the "Permanent Link to."

Go to the blog.php file present in your theme directory and follow the instruction shown in the image given below.



Similarly, remove the highlighted text from loop.php and single.php file, present in your theme directory.

This will solve your issue.
