Hi, I am looking at removing the side bar from my pages but keeping them on posts. I am not very technical but I think I need to remove the <?php get_sidebar() ?> code from page.php, but I am a bit concerned about what would happen if and update came out for the theme. I don't know if an update would overwrite the theme automatically therefore put back in the side bar. Is it best to do something in the customer css for this are does removeing the <?php get_sidebar() ?> do it and I don't have to worry about the updates because it wouldn't overwrite it.
