How to remove social sharing from posts?

I want to remove the theme's 3 social sharing icons for each post (I am using the wordpress sharing which has more icons and the facebook, twitter and google theme buttons are duplicating those buttons). http://www.longislandwineryreviews.com/wineries/north-fork-rt-25-main-road-trail/

 

Paste this code in Custom CSS
Appearance > Theme Option > Styling Option > Custom CSS
